We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but in case you ever need to return an item, we accept returns within seven (7) days of delivery of your order. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 24 hours.
Please email returns@fourthandjack.com prior to returning your item and we will send you a return authorization code.
All items must be returned in their original condition –unwashed and unworn– with all tags attached and postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend that you send your item back with a trackable shipping method.
In the event that an item is returned to us not in its original condition, or outside of the 7 Day Return Policy, we reserve the right to deny your refund.
Note: The original cost of shipping is not refundable.
You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been received and refunds are processed back to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
